Recently I leveled up to 10. I was suppose to claim my Level up Reward. But when I opened the letter but it says I already claimed it. It happened another two times but I didn't care since the reward was small. But I didn't get the necklace and the epic skill which I need the most.

Restarted the Game also cleared the Cache memory but No changes. I still can't claim it.Please try restarting the game. In the database I can indeed see you did NOT claim the reward yet, so it must be visual glitch. If you confirm it works after restarting the game, we'll work on a fix based on your feedback, thanks
I have claimed other rewards thanks to your help. But now there's another one that I can't claim. Can you also help me with this please.
