PvP - Duplicate spells equipped

Players have equipped and can utilize, the same spell on their hotbar. I've observed this with red tier Darkness Tentacle on user Ralo.

I cannot reproduce the bug.

Discord user "Smile" had commented:

"I think they just haven't changed their PvP setup since before the update where duplicate spells were no longer allowed"

Yes, this is actually a leftover, as before this change was introduced, users were freely able to use multiple skills of the same type. We'll try to force the removal of duplicate skills. If you have the nicknames of the players, it'll be easier
