Please note you can't resurrect three times. If, for any reason, the game lets you, it's definitely a bug. Your skill don't load when you're technically dead in the game and you should restart.

It's level 50 not room 50.

You're level 35 not 50.

Once you reincarnate you receive a message saying to check your inbox where there's a reward to claim.

I'm sorry about it. There was a bug affecting reincarnation which has been just fixed thanks to your report. Kindly reincarnate again, I just added 50 levels to your account :)

Could you please you explain in detail the bug? Otherwise it's hard for us to understand. Does the x2 and x3 work fine? Only the x4 doesn't? And, what do you mean by "doesn't work"? It gives you x1 amount? x2? x3? Thank you :)

Err, sorry to contradict you but actually 99% of RPG work this way, I think you're confused. In RPG games, quests usually require you to collect items in order to give them to a NPC in exchange of a reward. Which RPG games did you play?

This is actually not a bug. The quest takes your items and it's an expected behavior.
