Ads Not Fitting On Screen

Hi Devs,

I have a problem with the ads being too big to fit on screen. Which means that I cannot close them to claim the rewards. I've tried rotating my phone into portrait mode, which only works for a few specific ads, but not the majority of them. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Does the ad look to big? Or is it just the x button not being visible?

The ad is too big. The X button is either halfway offscreen in the corner or sometimes even completely off-screen.

Unfortunately, the problem has resurfaced. I am unable to claim ad rewards due to the ad being too big to fit properly on-screen. Instead I have to close and reopen the game again which does not grant me the reward.
